I bought this for my Mum as she has nephrostomy drains permanently now and was struggling with just the elastic leg bands. After lots of research, I was unable to find anything suitable in Australia, only decorative bags to wear outside of clothing. When I saw this online, I immediately ordered. Had my neph tube for about 6 months, tried several other styles. The Rufa is the best . It is well made and doesn't show at all under my jeans. The Rufa people even made a little change in the design for me that made it even better.
